Mheman is presented as a proprietary investment and strategic project platform managing its own capital and selected assets within its related corporate group. Its actual role in any matter depends on the relevant entity, agreements, counterparties, jurisdiction and applicable regulatory requirements.

Not a bank and no public deposits

Unless expressly stated and legally permitted, Mheman is not a bank, does not accept public deposits, does not issue banking instruments and does not represent itself as acting for any bank or financial institution.

No public solicitation

This website does not constitute an offer or invitation to the public to invest, acquire securities, participate in a fund, enter a regulated scheme or provide capital to Mheman.

Regulated activities

Any activity requiring a licence, exemption, registration or authorised intermediary will be undertaken only where legally permitted and, where appropriate, through properly licensed, exempt or authorised entities and professional counterparties.

No guaranteed financing or returns

Mheman does not guarantee financing, bank approval, monetisation, transaction completion, liquidity, returns or the value of any asset or instrument. All outcomes are subject to independent due diligence, compliance, documentation, market conditions and final approval.

Trade and banking terminology

Banking messages, documentary credits, standby credits, guarantees or other instruments are governed by their own terms and applicable rules. Message types or documents are not themselves proof of funds, cash, collateral or an assurance of monetisable value.
